Our Spina-Christi honey, itself a Gold Award recipient at the London Honey Awards 2021, is infused with premium bee pollen sourced from the wildflowers and herbs of Latvia's remote forests and meadows. This pollen, a natural whole food, is rich in essential amino acids, enzymes, and vitamins, contributing to the honey's unique texture and bursts of floral flavor.

Originating from Emil's organic apiary in Bulgaria's Sakar Mountain, our Spina-Christi honey is crafted from nectar collected in remote linden forests and lush meadows, far from any pollutants. This pristine environment contributes to the honey's distinct characteristics, as confirmed by our rigorous lab analysis. This analysis revealed that in late July/August 2022, Emil's bees predominantly collected nectar & pollen (80%) from Paliurus Spina-Christi, a plant steeped in history and myth.

Our Bee Pollen Infused Honey, a single-origin, artisan product, remains unprocessed, unheated, unpasteurized, and free from chemicals & pesticides, ensuring its purity and natural essence. After crystallization, the honey transforms into a dark yellow color, echoing the natural beauty of its origin.
